Learn how to fuse enamel to copper. You will learn all of the necessary steps to prepare copper for enamel, application of enamel powder and proper torching methods. Students will have enough material to make pendants and/or earrings.

Materials Kit: will provide enough material for 1 pair of earrings and a pendant (Copper stock, copper granules, copper ear wires, enamels color kit)
Tools Needed:
• Flat nose pliers
• Chain nose pliers
• Metal Shears
• Metal Student files
• Bench block
• Rawhide mallet or nylon mallet
• Firing set-up (torch, tripod with mesh, solder board, fire tweezers)
• #2 paint brush
• 5 pages of any magazine
• Fine Tweezers
• Metal hole punch at least 2mm or larger
• Enamel set up (Penny brite, trivet, sifter, holding agent (Klyr Fire), alundum stone (optional) )
• Magnifying glasses and Ott light as needed
