What you should know about this trip
Day 1, Jan. 30 2024 - arrive in Tucson, there will be 2 pick-up times at the airport (specifics will be provided). Go to one show, depending on your arrival time. If you can not make the one of the pick-up times, you will be responsible to meet up with the group.
Day 2, 3, 4 - Go to the gem shows! Holidome, Gem Mall, Kino Gem & Mineral, Pueblo Gem & Mineral Show, Colors of Stone, and anything else we can squeeze in.
Day 5 - Feb. 3, 2024 Departure. Morning drop off to the airport.
Cancellation
*$100 deposit to save your place (applied to the final fee). This deposit will be non-refundable after Nov. 1, 2024.
Payment in full will be requested by November 1, 2024.
This excursion is subject to cancel at anytime due to Covid. Our criteria for cancellation will be based on, but not limited to, travel restrictions imposed by either the US or Arizona government. If by January 5, 2024, attractions are remaining closed, social distancing regulations prevent group gatherings and/or movement as a group is prohibited, we will cancel the excursion in its entirety.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Jan. 10, 2024.
